Submit new data

Rules to follow when submitting new data

Files containing the new data must respect the following rules :

• CSV file (columns separated by ';')
• use one of the following templates
• only new data must be placed in the file (to avoid duplicated data)
• if a field has no value (no measurement made), let the field empty

Metadata

Taxonomy :  arborescent view -  list of fishes

Stations :  localization

Parameters :  quantitative -  qualitative

Sending new data

Files must be sent to : guillaume.brissebrat@obs-mip.fr
Insertion will be done at Sedoo, if data are valid.

Templates

General remarks

• These files are templates you should use if you want to submit your data.
• The first line will be ignored. All the following lines must contain the data to insert

Field date :

• This field must be set
• The format you must use is indicated in each file

Field time :

• Optional
• Format to use : hour between 0 and 23, hours et minutes separated by 'h'
• Example : 18h45, 0h12
